Thank you for visiting my website. My name is Phil and I am a Clinical Psychologist and fully accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I have been working with people experiencing anxiety and depression for over 10 years. I currently work in the NHS and also privately, with consultation rooms located in both North West and Central London.
I am passionate about helping people understand and work through their difficulties so they can live their best possible life. I offer a warm, friendly and compassionate approach and aim to create a non-judgemental, safe space where you can explore challenges and move forward.
